If you are dissatisfied with our product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days at your expense for refund or replacement, at your option, less any shipping charges. For example, if you buy an item for $50 plus $7 shipping for a total of $57, and you decide to return it, you have two options:
- You may choose a refund — just ship it back at your expense, and we will issue a refund in the amount of $50, not $57; or
- You may choose a replacement — just ship it back at your expense, and we will send you a replacement and charge you only for shipping.
To get a refund or replacement, contact us before returning the product.
